For 30+ years, the Greater San Antonio Fellowship of Christian Athletes—along with the Valero Alamo Bowl—has hosted its bowl players and coaches, as well as local coaches and student-athletes, to the Valero Alamo Bowl FCA Breakfast presented by First United Bank.
Local student-athletes and coaches are joined by players and coaches from the two universities competing in the Bowl for a breakfast two days before the game. 300-500 attendees will hear from distinguished guest speakers as they discuss faith in sports. Held at the Grand Hyatt, the 2026 breakfast is scheduled for Dec. 27 from 7:30 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
