“Oh Whata Night!” – SA Goes Orange

The San Antonio Food Bank kicked off Hunger Action Month on September 1st by providing 30 Ways in 30 Days for the entire Alamo City to raise awareness and funds for hunger relief. One of the SA Goes Orange programs, “Whata Night” is a profit share program where only tonight, September 22nd from 6-8pm, 20% of all profits from Bexar County Whataburger establishments will be donated back to the Food Bank.  More than 230,000 people in southwest Texas rely on the San Antonio Food Bank’s programs and there are currently half a million people at risk of going hungry in the area. Through a partnership with Whataburger, the San Antonio Food Bank is challenging the entire city to “go orange” throughout the month of September to fight hunger and feed hope. The San Antonio Food Bank currently serves 58,000 people on a weekly basis, so make sure you swing by your favorite Whataburger location tonight to help raise funds for these impactful programs!
