A total of 80 winners of Valero Alamo Bowl Community Partners Scholarships were announced at PNC Pigskin Preview Luncheon on August 27, 2025.
Funded by the Bowl and matching programs at all six of San Antonio’s four-year universities (Our Lady of the Lake University, St. Mary’s University, Texas A&M–San Antonio, Trinity University, University of the Incarnate Word, and UTSA), the selected college juniors and seniors will split $510,000 in scholarship awards.

In December, the Valero Alamo Bowl will announce the 100 winners of Valero Alamo Bowl Student-Athlete Scholarships where at least one $7,500 scholarship is awarded to a high school senior from every participating San Antonio area public and private high school.
For the 2025-2026 academic year, Valero Alamo Bowl and its partners will collectively award $1.26 million split between students representing every participating San Antonio area high school and four-year university.
