Treats to be Thankful for

Thanksgiving is best spent indulging in good food and watching football with friends and family. If you aren’t able to tailgate this weekend here is a guide of teams to watch that could be playing in San Antonio for the Valero Alamo Bowl on January 2nd.

Thursday, November 27th:
TCU vs Texas at 6:30 PM CST

Friday, November 28th:
Stanford vs UCLA at 12:30 PM PST
Arizona State vs Arizona at 1:30 PM Local time

Saturday, November 29th:
Kansas vs Kansas State at 3:00 PM CST

While watching our prospective teams play, here are three recipes that mix perfectly with Thanksgiving and football.

The first one is for the early risers who like to get a head start on all the festivities the day has to offer! It is a Turkey Cinnamon Roll with bacon used as feathers. All the little ones in the family are sure to love this.

The second option is more adult friendly Caramel Apple Sangria! This recipe only calls for four ingredients and is a refreshing treat.

Finally, our last recommendation is Pilgrim Cupcakes. These cupcakes may be for a more advanced chef, but we would never pass up a cupcake that also features a chocolate covered marshmallow and a chocolate coated cookie.
